» Personal information
First please complete the personal information form. Then click on "Validate".

» Choice of documents to be translated
Choose the files matching your CV and/or your letter of motivation :
- by using the button "Browse"
- by doing a copy-paste in the text zones.
Then click on "Order".

» Display of the Recap Page
Information on your order is displayed:
description of the order, price, deadline and delivery mode.

Note: t this stage, you may want to check you email in-box, 2 messages will have been sent to you :
- The first message: "Creation of your TRAD ONLINE CV account" includes the information to access our service (Login and password).
- The second message: "TRAD ONLINE CV - confirmation of your order" concerns    your first order.

» Payment of the service
A purchase order appears which includes 3 payment links (Credit card, Bank check and bank transfer).
Click on the link you wish to choose to pay.

• Payment by Credit card:
  Click on "Credit card".
  Then click on the type of Credit card you wish to use (visa, mastercard, etc).
  A secure page managed by the Caisse d'Epargne enables you to pay in full security.
• Payment by cheque:
  Click on "Bank cheque".
  Please indicate all necessary information as well as your order number and send us the check at the following address:

• Payment by bank transfer:
  Click on "Bank transfer"
  Please indicate your name and the order number on the bank transfer.

» Receipt of your order
As soon as we receive your order, your document receives the status "Ongoing" and the translation of your document will be sent to you as soon as possible.
